Supreme Court releases opinion on ESAs!

The justices ruled that neither one of the major challenges to the program had merit, finding fault only with the lack of specificity and order by which ESAs were funded by the Legislature. This simply means the order in which elements of public education — including ESAs — are being funded  must be addressed by legislators who can then tweak the current ESA law. Doing so will then allow the state to finally begin implementing the most inclusive educational choice program in the nation!
